I have spent my career sitting across from people at the most important moments of their lives. Medical diagnoses. Financial hardship. Major transitions. Decisions that carry the weight of decades behind them. What I learned, again and again, is that outcomes are not determined by who has the most resources. They are determined by who has the right support and a clear picture of what to do next.

Selling a business is one of those moments. And it is almost never just a financial decision. You built something. You showed up when it was hard. You made it work. Now you are trying to figure out whether what you have is worth what you believe it is, and whether anyone will see that the way you do.

My background spans financial institutions, real estate lending, personal financial management, and operations management. That experience taught me exactly how buyers and lenders evaluate a business, what makes them walk away, and what makes them pay full price. Most owners don't have that perspective until they're already at the table, and by then it's too late to fix what's wrong.

This practice exists to close that gap. I work with a small number of clients at a time, intentionally, because this work requires real attention. You will not be handed a report and left alone with it. We move at the pace that serves you, and we do not stop until the work is real and the outcome reflects what you actually built.
