Bell Advisory Group was founded on an observation: the small and mid-size service businesses that drive the American economy operate with the least operational infrastructure and the most to gain from it.
We apply Lean Six Sigma methodology to these operations. Every engagement is structured, evidence-based, and grounded in the same process architecture principles used at scale, adapted for the pace and constraints of growing businesses.
We do not sell advice. We build systems. Every deliverable is implemented, tested, and documented for the team that will maintain it after our engagement concludes.

Larry Bell founded Bell Advisory Group to bridge the gap between enterprise operational methodology and the service businesses that need it most. His background spans operational systems design, digital infrastructure, and business process consulting.
He holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Google Project Management, Google Digital Marketing and Analytics, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, and is a graduate of the SBA THRIVE program.
